CRIMINAL LAW
The office has extensive experience in the field of criminal law. The lawyers regularly handle so-called mega-cases and are also skilled in handling more serious criminal cases, such as murder/manslaughter, drug trafficking, human trafficking, robberies, fraud cases, cybercrime and environmental crimes. Smaller criminal cases are also naturally part of criminal practice.

- Mr. M.B. Brouwer is registered in the main legal practice areas of General Practice, Law of Persons and Family and Criminal Law;
- Mr. J.A. Hoste is registered in the main legal practice areas of General Practice, Law of Persons and Family Law, Tenancy Law and Criminal Law;

On the basis of this registration, the lawyers are obliged to obtain ten training points per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area, in accordance with the standards of the Netherlands Bar Association.

Walk-in hours
Every Tuesday between 04:00 P.M. and 05:00 P.M. a lawyer is available for walk-in consultations, during which you may present your problem without a prior appointment and without any obligation. Together with you the lawyer will assess whether there is a legal solution to your problem in which case one of our lawyers can assist you. This consultation is free of charge.
